Does New Heights serve both male and female?

  • Yes.

Is New Heights private pay?

  • Yes we are private pay with reasonable prices and exceptional quality. We believe in raising the standard of excellence among the Adult Foster Care community by flooding our home and residents with quality in every sense of the word, while making it affordable and accessible. 

What are the steps for becoming a resident?

  1. Call us to set up a tour (optional but recommended, we can progress to step 2 without tour)
    1. Meet our residents and staff
    2. Tour the home and amenities
    3. Ask any questions you may have
  2. Assessment
    1. We will meet and get to know your loved one while assessing the level of care we would need to provide. 
    2. It is at this point where we decide whether we will be able to meet their needs.
  3. Sign-in/Move-in Day
    1. Signing of admission documents can be done in advance or on the day of move-in. 
    2. We will assist in the move-in of the resident to make the transition as smooth as possible. 

May I bring my own furnishings?

  • Absolutely, this is your home and we encourage personal belongings and furnishings in which you are accustomed to. 

What are the Visitation Hours?

  • 8:00am-8:00pm

What services does New Heights have that can come to the house for residents?

  • Healthcare Company
    • Nurse, NA, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Wound Care Specialist, Bathing Assistants, etc.
  • Pharmacy
    • Prescriptions are delivered to the home every 30 days or day of if requested.
  • Visiting Physician
    • You may choose to keep your primary care physician, however, we also have a physician which visits the home and can provide care to the resident. 
      • you may keep the primary care and still use the visiting physician as it is covered by insurance. 

What levels of care does New Heights serve and provide?

We serve various individuals including but not limited to those who are aged, use a walker or wheelchair, those who are weakened in the body or cognitive levels, those with early onset-moderate dementia,  and those needing assistance or engagement with any of the following: 

  • Bathing & Grooming Assistance

  • Medication Administration

  • Nutritious Meals & Feeding Assistance

  • Daily Housekeeping

  • Life Enrichment Activities

  • Strength Training

  • Laundry Service

  • Daily Family & Community Interaction
